ASD Policy Research Fellowship 2015

Alliance for Social Dialogue (ASD) invites applications from prospective policy advocates in the category of Junior Policy Research Fellowship. This fellowship is an opportunity for young graduates with interests in policy area to sharpen their knowledge and skills in policy research and engage in policy-relevant research, analysis and advocacy. 

A.      Junior Policy Research Fellowship
The Junior Policy Research Fellowship is a program designed to develop the skills of recent graduates in policy research by working closely with the ASD team in preparing joint papers and briefs on a topic covering one of the areas of Policy Priorities, Policy Formulation, Policy Contestation, Policy Reform, Policy Review Process and Challenges in Policy Implementation. This year, the focus of the policy research is exclusively on the post-earthquake situation and the process of rebuilding society thereafter. The fellow will be responsible for collecting field based primary data which may require field visit of around 30 days.

Eligibility requirements:·

  • Must have completed Bachelor degree in any field of social sciences·
  • Must be a citizen of Nepal and residing in the country
  • Must be fluent in written Nepali or English
