ASD in collaboration with Saipatri Club, Syangja organized a half-day workshop on “Higher Secondary Education: Issues and Challenges” on 7th September 2012, at Pokhara. Representatives from HISAN, HISTAN, teachers involved in higher secondary education, representatives from school management committee (+2) and representatives from regional higher secondary education board participated in the workshop. The workshop focused on the major issues and challenges of higher secondary education in relation to affiliation, curriculum, examination system and structural integration of higher secondary level (+2) within the School Sector Reform Plan (SSRP).
