To express strong dissatisfaction over the ordinance proposed on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, ASD in coordination with Accountability Watch Committee (AWC) organized a half day discussion program on 05 September, 2012 in Kathmandu with human rights activists, lawyers, journalists, members of civil society and conflict vicitims. The objective of the program was to raise concern on the process and content of the proposed ordinances which undermines the rights to justice of the victim and which was prepared without consulation with the victims and the civil society members.
